The United Nations of deviantART (UNdA) is an Organization for all peace-loving deviantART nations, individuals, and other groups who like to get together to share their artwork and belief in world peace and unity. This Organization will be a forum for international discussion and will do its best to resolve disputes between UNdA member states and others.

I like what you are doing. I just don't like the real world United Nations as an organization. I make peace with everyone here at dA.

Thank you. Are you already a UNdA supporter? If not, just WATCH the Organization and we'll do the same for you and then we'll add you to the supporters list.

Thanks for the message. I support the idea of being welcoming for all artists from around the world. I don't support the actual UN that exists in the real world with headquarters in New York. That's the problem. I don't think the organization is doing what it was intended to do at this point. There is too much corruption and too many departures from basic human rights and other such things. If I could figure out another symbol for the kind of unity as an artistic community we all seek, I'd suggest it, but I sure can't think of one!

I'll be doing that here on dA no matter what! I reach out to people from all over the world. I have friends in France, Australia, Morocco, Curaçao, Israel, Portugal, Mexico, India, England, New Zealand, Switzerland, Italy, Russia, oh, a bunch of places; too many to name, really. I also read 15 languages, and when I have time, I'll learn more. Art is a very good subject for building friendships. I had fun with my friend from Curaçao. When he first contacted me, he wrote me in Papiamentu, and asked me to guess the language. I had it on the third guess. :) Of course, he offered me a couple of clues, but not too many. I could also figure out some of the words, because they come from Spanish. And he has taught me a few words. If I had more time, I'd really learn it.

Thank wonderful to get to know such an "international" person like you!

You may be of a great help as a translator, if you accept the task. Sometimes we may face people who don't speak english and, I dare to say, languages for wich we don't have a translator yet. Hence we need every help we can count with.

So? =)
